🔥 Ready-to-cook roasts… or already cooked

If you don't have time to cook a roast or are unsure of the best cooking method, you can request that we cook the piece you purchased directly.
If you plan to eat it on the same day, we will provide you with the roast already fully cooked.
Alternatively, we cook the product at 70% , followed by vacuum packaging and blast chilling , ideal for later use.
When you decide to consume it:
  1. Immerse the bag (without opening it) in boiling water for about 10 minutes .
  2. Open the package and transfer the roast with its liquid to a baking tray.
  3. Bake at a preheated 160°C ( 320°F) for 15–20 minutes , maintaining a temperature between 140°C and 150°C (275°F and 300°F) .
A practical, safe method designed to guarantee taste and quality, even when time is short.
