Olives grown on our farm of the “Leccine” and “Termite di Bitetto” varieties.
They are typical varieties of the South-East of Bari .
After 6 months of careful fermentation and maturation in brine , they are ready to be consumed as an appetizer and/or afternoon snack .
The presence of aromatic herbs , also grown on our farm .
The herbs give them a characteristic flavour and smell that makes them particularly “appetising” .
