Cetarii was born in Cetara , a seaside village on the Amalfi Coast, and passionately carries on the tradition of anchovy colatura and local fish specialties.
From traditional colatura to pickles, preserves and pâtés , each product speaks of the deep bond with the sea and artisanal fishing.
Alongside the colatura, Cetarii also offers aromatic oil, gourmet sauces and typical specialties , made with artisanal methods to preserve the authentic flavour of the Amalfi Coast.
