Longhi Truffles

Longhi Tartufi has its roots in the 1960s, when Domenico Longhi started a small truffle business in Urbania, purchasing directly from local truffle hunters.

The product range includes fresh truffles (such as Tuber Magnatum, Tuber Melanosporum and Tuber Aestivum) , truffle-based sauces and creams, flavoured oils, condiments, pasta, rice and other gourmet products made according to family recipes.

Longhi's philosophy is based on the quality of the local area, artisanal production, and a deep connection to the Marche tradition, offering truffle specialties that combine authenticity and refinement.
