Mirogallo Farmhouse

Located near Matera, within the Park of the Rupestrian Churches , Masseria Mirogallo was born from the desire to preserve the authentic flavors of Lucania.

The company grows typical vegetables and fruit, often from heirloom varieties, and transforms them into preserves, vegetable creams, pâtés, sauces and jams , following traditional and sustainable methods.

The artisanal production process uses just a few simple ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, natural salt , and glass jars to ensure maximum authenticity and respect for the local area.
