Amodio Farms

Masserie Amodio is a family-run farm operating in the Mottola countryside (Taranto) , in Puglia. Founded in 1995 with Masseria Lemarangi, the company is founded on the principles of short supply chains, sustainability, and ethical agriculture .
Their strength is the complete, in-house management of all raw materials: from the cultivation of over 10,000 olive trees and vegetables, to non-intensive livestock farming, to the final processing of the products. The company boasts a negative carbon footprint , contributing to the preservation of hundreds of hectares of forest.
The production is vast and includes all the typical Apulian specialties: from fresh and aged dairy products (mozzarella, burrata, caciocavallo) to extra virgin olive oil, up to baked goods such as taralli and friselle , bringing the true flavour of peasant shopping to the table.
