The San Valentino 2012 is one of the symbolic wines of the Paolo Bea winery of Montefalco, An artisanal company renowned for its natural production philosophy. Spontaneous fermentations, Aged in large oak barrels and without filtration, this wine is authentic and territorial.
Intense ruby red; on the nose it expresses ripe red fruits, dark spices and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it is broad, with elegant tannins and a long, persistent finish.
