La Genuina was born from a passion for typical Apulian pastaand a deep respect for ancient traditions, using selected durum wheat semolinaand slow dryingto guarantee superior quality.
From orecchietteto cavatelliand friscelli, passing through fusilli, strascinate, olive leaves and orecchiette: typical shapes enriched with variations such as cuttlefish ink, spinach, beetroot, bran, burnt wheatand other specialities.
Since 1985 ,the pasta factory has remained faithful to artisanal doughand "grandmothers' recipes," for a product that reflects the Apulian region and tradition.
