The vinification of the Pinot Nero Toscana IGT 2022 takes place with spontaneous fermentation and long maceration in concrete tanks, without clarification or filtration.
The refinement involves approximately 12 months between cement and used barriques , followed by rest in the bottle to preserve freshness and aromatic finesse.
In the glass, it presents a luminous ruby red ; on the nose, it releases notes of fresh red fruits and delicate floral accents. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and velvety , with fine, silky tannins that enhance its elegance.
Ideal to serve at 16–18°C , it goes perfectly with white meat dishes, mushrooms and semi-mature cheeses.
