100% Vialone variety rice, grown in the San Massimo Reserve , in a bend of the Ticino river .

Cultivation takes place within the natural park of the same name . It appears as semi-fine rice with medium-sized grains.

The producer is Riserva San Massimo di Gropello Cairoli (PV) .

The rice is produced following an artisanal production process , from threshing to packaging , maintaining all the organoleptic qualities intact .

Particular attention is given to the drying of the raw rice which takes place at low temperatures with a methane gas system .

This method does not cause breakages in the beans and guarantees maximum healthiness .
