The 2017 Amarone by Roccolo Grassi is born from a natural drying process of the grapes and from 26 months of refinement in barrique followed by 24 months in the bottle , which enriches its complexity and depth.
On the nose, intense notes of black cherry, plum, black pepper and chocolate are perceived, while on the palate it offers a robust, balanced and persistent sip.
An Amarone with great personality, ideal paired with red meats , game and mature cheeses.
