Agretto di Montevertine is a unique balsamic condiment , produced from Sangiovese grapes from the Montevertine vineyards .
It is made according to a traditional philosophy that fully reflects the identity of the Tuscan land .
It is made primarily from cooked grape must and wine vinegar , which give it a red wine vinegar profile .
On the palate, it retains the peculiarity of a sweet and sour condiment , with the acidity always present and not too marked .
It is ideal for dressing salads, and goes perfectly with goat cheeses .
